Order Processing & Dispatch Time
- All orders are processed and dispatched from our facility in Los Angeles, California.
- We aim to dispatch orders within 3-5 business days after your order is accepted and payment is confirmed.
- "Business days" are Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays.
- During peak seasons or promotional periods, dispatch times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience!
- You will receive a shipment confirmation email, often including tracking information, once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Destinations
- United States: We ship to all 50 states, P.O. Boxes, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
- International: We ship worldwide. Please see the important details regarding international shipments below.
Shipping Methods & Carriers
- We primarily use carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL to ship orders, chosen based on the destination and service level.
- Shipping options available for your destination will be presented during the checkout process.
Estimated Delivery Times

Please note: Delivery times are estimates only calculated from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. They are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing (for international orders), and other factors beyond our control.
- US Domestic: Typically 3-7 business days after dispatch for standard shipping. Expedited options, if available, will be shown at checkout with estimated delivery times.
- International: Typically 7-21 business days after dispatch for standard international shipping. However, this can vary significantly depending on the destination country, customs procedures, and local postal services. Some destinations may take longer.
Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically during the checkout process based on:
- The destination country/address.
- The weight and dimensions of the items in your order.
- The shipping method selected.
- You will see the final shipping cost before you complete your order.
- Important for International Orders: Shipping costs paid at checkout DO NOT include any import duties, taxes, or customs fees levied by the destination country (see below).
Order Tracking
- Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a shipment confirmation email which will typically include a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website.
- Please allow up to 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become active after receiving the email.
International Shipping – Duties, Taxes & Customs
- Customer Responsibility: All international orders (outside the United States) may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, and other charges imposed by the destination country's customs authorities. The recipient of the shipment is solely responsible for paying all such charges. These charges are separate from the shipping costs paid to Digital Spenders Club at checkout.

Customs Policies: Customs policies vary widely from country to country. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they1 may be. Please contact your local customs office2 for more information before placing your order to understand potential costs.
- Customs Delays: Customs processing can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. We are not responsible for such delays.
- Refused Shipments: If you refuse a shipment upon delivery due to unpaid import duties, taxes, or fees, the parcel will likely be returned to us. In this event, you will not be refunded the original shipping costs. We may also deduct the cost of return shipping and any applicable restocking fees from your refund for the merchandise.
Shipping Address Accuracy
- It is your responsibility to ensure the shipping address provided during checkout is complete and accurate.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the order.
Failed Deliveries / Non-Collection
- If the carrier attempts delivery but no one is available, they will typically leave instructions for redelivery or collection from a local depot/access point.
- It is your responsibility to follow the carrier's instructions to receive your package.
- If a package is returned to us because it was unclaimed or delivery could not be completed after reasonable attempts by the carrier, we may deduct shipping costs and restocking fees from any refund due (as per our Terms and Conditions).
