Return Policy

At Digital Spenders Club, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with an eligible item, you may return it for a refund subject to the terms below.

Return Eligibility

  • Timeframe: You must initiate your return by contacting us within 30 days of the date you received your order.
  • Condition: Items must be returned unused, unwashed, and in perfect original saleable condition. All original packaging (box, bags, etc.) and tags must be intact and included. Items returned damaged, worn, washed, or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Unless they arrive faulty, damaged, or required by law, the following items cannot be returned for a refund:
    • Digital Spenders Club cards (whether purchased directly or received as part of a bundle)
    • Final Sale items
    • Gift Cards
    • Underwear
    • Swimwear
    • Earrings (for pierced ears)

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Please email our returns team at orders@spenders.club within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your Order Number and the reason for your return in the email.
  2. Await Instructions: Do not ship items back before contacting us. We will review your request and provide you with return authorization and detailed instructions, including the correct return shipping address (listed below for reference).
  3. Package Your Item: Securely package the item(s) in original packaging if possible. Include any return form or information requested in our instructions.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package back to us using a trackable shipping method to the address provided in our return instructions:

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: Except in cases of faulty or incorrectly shipped items (see below), you are responsible for paying all costs associated with return shipping.
  • Original Shipping: Please note that original shipping charges paid when you placed the order are non-refundable.
  • Tracking Recommended: We strongly recommend using a shipping service with tracking information and purchasing shipping insurance. Digital Spenders Club is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

  • If you received an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at orders@spenders.club within the 30-day window.
  • Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if possible.
  • We will arrange for the return shipping costs in these cases, typically by providing a pre-paid shipping label or via reimbursement upon proof of cost. We will work with you to provide a replacement (if available) or a full refund.

Refund Processing

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected at our facility, we will send you an email notification.
  • We will verify that the item meets the return eligibility conditions (unused, original condition, tags attached, etc.).
  • If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment within approximately 14 days of us receiving the return. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to post the refund to your account.
  • Cryptocurrency Refunds: For orders originally paid via Coinbase Commerce or other cryptocurrency methods, refunds will be processed based on the US Dollar value of the order at the time of purchase, regardless of any fluctuations in cryptocurrency value since the purchase.

Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges.
  • If you would like a different size, color, or item, please return the original eligible item(s) for a refund following the process above, and place a separate new order for the item(s) you wish to purchase. Availability of the new item is not guaranteed.
