The Digital Spenders Club varsity jacket series was produced in limited numbers through Broadway Knitting Mills / Albion — a Los Angeles institution handcrafting varsity jackets since 1923. A century into their craft, they remain one of the last makers in America where every patch is still handcrafted in-house by dedicated chainstitch specialists. The result is a jacket that carries the weight of that history in every stitch.
Each jacket is built from 100% wool and premium naked cowhide leather — materials selected not for trend, but for permanence. The embellishments span the full spectrum of the craft: felt appliqué, chenille, chainstitch, and hand-embroidered patches, each technique chosen deliberately for the detail it carries. On the Ethereum edition, the knit ribbing was hand-dyed by an independent dye specialist — no two runs identical, every color transition earned by hand.
The matched caps were produced from the same wool and leather used on the jackets, with high-quality embroidered crown detailing that mirrors each edition's visual identity. Not an afterthought — a complete set.
Inside every jacket, three labels tell the full story of the collaboration: an embroidered Spenders Club patch, a woven Broadway Knitting Mills label bearing the founding year 1923, and a woven Albion Award Jackets label. Every party represented. Every hand acknowledged.
